Apparel: made to order and shipped directly to you. Please allow 3 - 7 days for production plus delivery. Sizing guide is on each product page.

Returns: if your apparel arrives faulty or misprinted, email us within 30 days at support@reset40.shop and we'll put it right.

My promise on the programme: work through it for 30 days. If you've shown up and nothing's moved — your body or your head — email me and I'll refund you.
